The Herr family is in their fourth generation in the plumbing industry, specializing in the design, installation, and management of every type of Privately Owned On-site Wastewater Treatment System. -Initial Site Consultation
Meet at your site to discuss what your options may or may not be.

-Site and soil evaluation
Two full-time Certified Soil Testers on our staff to promptly perform "soil tests/ morphological evaluations" to confirm system location and required design criteria.

-System pricing

Once a soil test has been completed a very thorough proposal with the exact cost of the system will be forwarded with the soil test results. Proposals generally will have several alternates you can choose from to "upgrade" the system.

If you do not have a completed soil test but need approximate ranges of cost for any type or size of system, from single family residential to large commercial projects, please call!

If you already have a completed soil test performed by a different soil tester, a prompt thorough proposal can be generated from that one as well!

-System design
Based on the completed soil test and other sizing criteria, one of Herr Environmental's Master plumbers will design the plan for the system to all code requirements.

-Permits, variances, etc.
Once designed, our plans are then forwarded to the appropriate regulatory agencies for plan review and permit issuance.

-System installation
